On-Site
Shredding Service
For the company with a policy that mandates shredding on their
property, Citadel Information Management offers On-Site shredding of
your material. Our licensed and bonded service representative will
arrive at your office to collect the material, which is then loaded
into our specially equipped truck. All of the material is
immediately shredded inside the truck while you or a member of your
staff watches on closed circuit television.
Off-Site Shredding Service
This is a very cost effective and efficient method of shredding your
documents. Our licensed and bonded Service Representative will
collect your material, load and transport it in a locked truck to
our secured and monitored facility. The materials are then shredded,
baled and shipped to paper mills to be recycled!
Witnessed Shredding Service
At the cost saving Off-Site rate, a representative from your
organization may accompany the material during transport and witness
the shredding process at our state-of-the-art facility.
Security Container Services
Citadel Information Management offers scheduled shredding services,
based on your specific needs. We provide locked security containers
for the collection of confidential materials. Our bonded Service
Representative will exchange each full container for an empty one.
With Off-Site service the full locked containers are taken to our
secured facility where they are shredded. With On-Site service the
contents will be immediately shredded at your facility.
Cleanout Service
We also offer service to dispose of archives or retained records on
an on-call or scheduled basis. Anything from paper to microfiche,
credit cards, media and other products can be destroyed. .
Recycling Service
All materials Citadel Information Management destroys, are baled and
shipped from our facility directly to Midwestern paper mills for
recycling. The shredded paper is never sold for packing material or
any other secondary purpose, assuring total security for your
documents from start to finish.
Certificate of
Destruction
For your record keeping and security, Citadel Information Management
issues an official Certificate of Destruction with each invoice. The
certificate is intended for your protection and is proof that your
contents were properly destroyed and disposed.
